Be Curious, Not Critical—A Compassionate Space for Growth

In person and online therapy to help you explore, heal, and move forward with clarity.

My approach

My approach is rooted in curiosity and self-compassion. Rather than harsh self-criticism, we explore the thoughts and patterns that may be holding you back—whether it's anxiety, low self-esteem, or negative self-talk. Through this process, you'll develop a greater sense of confidence, emotional resilience, and a more accepting relationship with yourself and others.

A safe space to relax and be curious

All of your sessions will take place in a soothing, private office space designed for your comfort with complimentary tea and water, and a serene, calm environment. If you'd prefer a more dynamic approach, I also offer walking therapy sessions around the home grounds, allowing you to engage with nature while working through your thoughts.

In-person and remote options

Our office is conveniently located in London. Can’t make it in? No problem – I also offer online therapy, so you can access support from the comfort of your own space.
