How I Work
Many of my clients come to me feeling like therapy hasn't worked for them before. They're coping with day to day life, but still find themselves stuck with continued feelings of low self-worth, anxiety or emotional distress.
My work is relational, integrative and evidence-based, drawing on psychodynamic and contemporary models of therapy. I focus on helping you understand not just what you feel, but why you feel it—uncovering themes and patterns that keep you from feeling fulfilled. My methods support lasting change rather than temporary relief. Through this process, you'll develop a greater sense of confidence, emotional resilience, and a more accepting relationship with yourself and others.
A safe and relaxing space…
All of your sessions take place in a soothing, private home office space designed for your comfort. I offer complimentary tea and water, but you are welcome to bring your own.
Additionally, we might decide to walk and talk on the residential grounds (pictured), allowing you to shift focus, practice mindfulness and utilise the healing and benefits of nature.
In-person and remote options
My office is conveniently located in West London. Can’t make it in? I also offer online therapy, so you can access support from the comfort of your own space.

I hold a Diploma in Transpersonal Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy and am EMDR certified. Additionally, I have extensive experience working in more specialised areas such as OCD, Insomnia, PTSD and Personality Disorders further enhancing my ability to provide comprehensive care to my clients.
